From the East: Get off the New York State Thruway Exit 32 at Westmoreland. Take a right. At the stop sign, take a left, and continue on to Route 5. Take a right (westbound). Utica-Rome Speedway is about 10 miles up on right hand side.

From the West: Get off the New York State Thruway Exit 33 at Verona. Take a right after the tollbooth. At the intersection with the stoplight, turn right onto Route 31. Take Route 31 to Route 5 and turn left onto Route 5. Utica-Rome Speedway is approximately 2 miles up on left.
